Extra Calcium from ELOS is a rapid Calcium supplement for the marine aquarium.

In reef aquariums, maintaining Calcium in the range of 410-450 ppm will allow corals and other hermatypic invertebrates to grow rapidly as long as the seawater meets all other chemical and physical requirements. Extra Calcium is a very efficient calcium supplement. Made from the purest salts "by analysis," it is designed to restore, quickly, calcium concentration to the levels found in Natural Seawater. Also suitable for use by those employing the Balling method, in combination with Elos Extra Magnesium, ElosKH+ and our Trace Elements line.

Usage: add every other day or as needed to keep the Calcium concentration in the range of 410 to 450 ppm. We suggest creating a solution by dissolving 10 grams of Extra Calcium in about 0.2 L of osmosis water. Each ml of solution will increase the calcium concentration by about 2.0 mg/L per 5 lt of water.
