HC checker cuvette cleaning solution from Hanna Instruments

HI93703-50 is an alcohol-based checker HC cuvette cleaning solution from Hanna Instruments useful for cleaning the inside and outside of photometer and colorimeter cuvettes.

The cleaning solution is antistatic ensures that the glass cuvette used for colorimetric measurements remains clean and free of imperfections that could distort the measurement reading.

The glass cuvette is an important component of the optical system in all colorimetric measurements. Light reaches the sample by passing through the glass cuvette. Depending on the sample, light is absorbed, transmitted or scattered. The measurement may be inaccurate if the cuvette is dirty, broken, scratched or if there are fingerprints.

Special attention should be paid to the cleaning and preparation of the cuvette. After washing with HI93703-50 anti-static cleaning solution, the cuvettes should be rinsed several times with deionized water (HI70436) or osmosis water and left to dry completely.
