Proclean x by amtra - nitrifying bacteria is the bacterial activator for freshwater or marine aquarium.

Proclean x from Amtra enables the initiation and maintenance of biological filters in aquariums. Proclean x enables the initiation and renewal of all bacterial strains related to the nitrogen cycle in aquaria. Proclean x acts rapidly by bringing in nitrifying bacterial strains, which allow the reduction of ammonia nitrogen (NH_3/4) into the toxic nitrites (NO₂) and harmless nitrates (NO₃) that will accumulate in the aquarium.

Proclean x allows the establishment of bacterial compnent in different types of filters. In addition to the already mentioned nitrifying bacteria, Amtra Proclean x provides facultative anaerobic microorganisms that complete the nitrogen cycle. These denitrifying bacteria turn nitrate (NO₃) into Nitrogen (N₂), taking the major source of nutrients away from algae.

Proclean x improves water quality and the synergistic action of the bacteria with enzymes, counteract the development of potentially pathogenic bacteria.

The composition of Proclean x is a special blend of bacteria from the genera Nitrosomonas, Nitrobacter, facultative anaerobic Bacillus and enzymes.

Doses:

In fresh water, 1 ml of Amtra Proclean x is added per 20 liters of water per week for the first 4 weeks after setting up the new aquarium. One 5-ml vial per 100 liters.

The dosage of Amtra Proclean x can be increased in up to 1ml per 10 liters (one vial per 50 liters).

In seawater, 1 ml of Amtra Proclean x every 10 liters of water per week is added for the first 4 weeks after setting up the new aquarium. One 5 ml vial per 50 liters.

In established aquariums, 1 ml per 100 liters is administered weekly.

After water change, the initial dose for new aquariums per liters of new water inserted

Avoid overdosing (> 1 ml per 10 liters).

Shake well before use.

It is recommended to store at low temperatures (refrigerator) once the vial of Amtra Proclean x is opened.
