Simple air and sponge aquarium filter.

The air filter provides limited mechanical and biological filtration, but enough to support the growth of small fry of different species.

The air filter has a simple design; two sponges on a water intake system moved with air from an aerator.

Easy to install, you connect the air hose from an aerator (don't forget the check valve) to the small nozzle of the suction system, and turning on the aerator causes the water to be sucked through the sponges and moved slowly and oxygenated.

Easy to clean: simply remove the sponges, rinse them in aquarium water; it is recommended to wash the sponges once a week.

The air filter is suitable for aquarium sizes: 20 to 70 liters;

The air filter is easy to use; the water/bubble discharge tube adjusts to the surface so that you don't have the annoying noise that bubbles might generate by breaking on the surface

The air filter is at its best in caridina aquariums, breeding tanks, zooplankton and phytoplankton.
