The coral cutting nipper is made entirely of stainless steel is 12 cm long and allows the easy cutting of coral branches up to 2.0 cm thick

The cutter is sharpened on both sides to make a clean and precise cut while limiting damage to the coral tissue.

The opening of the cutter allows you to get in between the branches and be very precise. This cutting nipper is ideal for corals such as Acropora (SPS) or Caulastrea (LPS) and similar hard corals.

After use in a marine aquarium, I recommend - however - washing with running water (or reverse osmosis) to remove any salt residue and letting it air dry or in a cloth.

Small areas of rust can be easily removed with special products for cleaning steel; a lubrication with ptfe grease will prolong the life of the tool.
