Blau Aquaristic's Overflow 3000 is a water overflow device that can be used in fresh or marine aquaria to bring water to the technical tank below without drilling through the aquarium glass.

The maximum exchange that can be carried out by theOverflow 3000 is 3000 litres per hour; it can be used in marine aquaria with a capacity of at least 300 litres (remember to evaluate the capacity of the protein skimmer) and in freshwater aquaria up to 1000 litres (an exchange of less than 3 times per hour is considered in this case).

After theOverflow 3000 has been correctly hung on the tank rim, it is connected to the sump with a drain and soft hose to the first compartment with mechanical filtration of the technical tank.

Fill the Overflow 3000 with water and suck in the air from the white tap at the top of the deck, the water will automatically drain into the filter and at this point switch on the aquarium's recirculation pump.

In the overflow system, the water flowing to the technical tank is only the water loaded into the tank by the return pump.
